Al Khobar, Al Babdariya intro. Al Babdariya, often known as Al Bandariya, is a prestigious neighbourhood in the heart of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a rapidly growing city along the banks of the Arabian Sea in eastern Saudi Arabia, and Al Babdariya hotels stand side-by-side with modern office complexes and skyscrapers. This neighbourhood is bordered by the Green Belt and Golden Belt to its west, Al Bustan to its north, Khobar North to its south, and the city's seaside Corniche to its east. Many visitors travel 400kms from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia's inland capital, to enjoy the beaches and green spaces along the Al Khobar Corniche, often compared to its Beirut, Lebanon, counterpart. After relaxing under the sun at one of the Corniche's many cafes, visitors may then shop until they drop at Al Rashed, which is bigger than any of the other modern shopping centres in the city or the whole of Saudi Arabia.
