Pulaski intro.
Pulaski is a small city of around 8,000 people in Giles County, Tennessee. It is the county seat and is home to the Giles County Courthouse, a fine piece of architecture. The city prides itself on having a small town atmosphere, while providing services worthy of a bigger city. There are five hotels in Pulaski, which provide both peace and comfort at varying rates. In addition, there are five restaurants in the vicinity offering a variety of food to guests at the properties. Four of the restaurants offer traditional American food; Sarge's Shack comes highly recommended. Alternatively, visitors could try La Fuente Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent and all customers should be able to handle the food; it's generally thought to be quite mild. Travellers staying at the lodgings might be interested to know that the Ku Klux Klan was formed in the region. However, this distasteful episode of history is long forgotten, and nowadays, Pulaski welcomes all people to the district.
