Sigatoka hotels map
Sigatoka intro. Sigatoka is a thriving market hub buoyed by numerous tourist facilities that surround it though the town itself does not offer that much for visitors. It is home to several decent restaurants as well as a large fresh food market, although some of the merchants here try to sell their products to tourists in an aggressive way. The surrounding landscape is the principal attraction. Situated west of the town, not far away from Nadi, is the wonderful national park, Sigatoka Sand Dunes, boasting an extensive network of hiking trails waiting for exploration. Positioned inland, the Sigatoka River Valley offers stunning vistas and a number of historic attractions. Lodging options here are rather limited. Positioned approximately five miles away from the market town, tourists can find a few Sigatoka hotels and resorts on Korotogo Beach. Also located here is Kula Eco Park, which is home to Fiji's most comprehensive population of native animals.
