Santo hotels map
Santo intro. Santo, or Espirtu Santo, is the largest island in Vanuatu and is one of the most popular dive sites in the region with over 15 guided dive tours and perhaps the worlds most famous dive wreck, the SS President Coolidge. Most accommodations here come with some having fantastic views over the Pacific, and resorts and hotels with beach front locations are fabulous including the picture postcard Champagne Beaach. The island attracts backpackers and consequently the hotels are varied ranging from local guesthouses catering for travellers to luxury bungalows for those on honeymoon. For those looking for adventure, they can see that most hotels here provide information and recommendations for trekking into the Santo jungle and to visit the impressive Millenium Caves. Luganville is the capital of the island and it is here there is a 24 hour outdoor market with plenty of restaurants and cafes to relax in and mingle with the locals.
