Ballygally Beach hotels map
Ballygally, Beach intro. A popular beach and holiday destination in Northern Ireland is Ballygally Beach. It is located on the eastern Antrim coast, just north of the city of Lame. Visitors can choose from several Ballygally Beach hotels, most of which are located right along the coast, on Coast Road. The area is known for it's unspoilt, white-sand beaches and attracts many visitors during the peak summer months. The town itself is small and quaint, making it a great place to relax, and it is easy to explore on foot. Ballygally is infamous for Ballygally Castle, which is allegedly haunted and one of the best examples of Scottish baronial style building. Golf lovers can enjoy a round of golf at the nearby Cairndhu Golf Course. A great day out can be had at Carnfunnock Country Park, a nearby amusement park. The area is also home to several archaeological sites where visitors can see Neolithic buildings.
